At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if you are not, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Instrument
Carefully place the guitar in its original hardshell case or gig bag, then secure it inside the original shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent movement.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
